something about our project

Last Friday morning, I went to "Mai am tinh thuong 19-5", near Long Bien Bridge to research about the kids there, the probability that we'll work with those children in our project .
When I came, some kids were studying Maths & others studying Literacy under the instruction of Hanh (N.A' friend - a volunteer) & only 1 teacher. Their ages are very different but most ranging from 8-12 (Younger kids learn in the afternoon).

After a while talking & learning with some, I can feel that some are quite intelligent and able enough to follow the upcoming class about the living skills that our project intends to do. Besides, some are rather stubborn but I think this can be changed after attending our class.

About the teacher who will be responsible for teaching living skills to the kids, Hanh has contacted with one teacher from SHARE - a psychology center and she agreed to teach, of course with a little fee. Hanh will draw a part from "Mai am" 's funds to help us and the rest will be contrived by our group.

Hanh said to me that she & Giang (also N.A' friend) will make a detail plan for this project & we intend to begin our class very soon in early November.
